The Head of State has sent greetings to the labour teams on the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Palace of the Republic and the 20th anniversary of the honoured artistic group – the Presidential Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus – as reported in the Belarusian leader’s press service

“A number of historical events have taken place within the walls of the Palace over the years, which had a huge impact on the formation of the Republic of Belarus as an independent and sovereign state, while also making the building on Oktyabrskaya Square a hallmark of the Belarusian capital,” Aleksandr Lukashenko noted.

According to the President, thanks to the daily fruitful work of the employees and the high skill of the artists, the Palace of the Republic is today one of the most prestigious venues, where the best performers of Belarus and other states consider it an honour to perform accompanied by the Presidential Orchestra.

“May creative search and full dedication for the sake of enriching the national culture always enable you to remain at the height of success and recognition, to be a dream and an example for talented youth,” the President wished.
