Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus

A welcome address to the participants and guests of the festival was sent by Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus Marat Markov.

It was read out by Nadezhda Avdey, Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Folk Art of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus. 

Participants from different countries — Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Russia, India, Colombia — took the stage in national costumes. In total, this time the festival involves six countries, 26 groups, and about 500 artists.

A spectacular moment of the celebration was a large wreath, into which each of the participants and honorary guests wove their ribbon. The wreath is a symbol of friendship, unity and cohesion of peoples.
