Representatives of various fields of activity honoured with state awards and Belarusian President's gratitude
State awards bestowed upon fifty-nine representatives of various fields of activity, following a decree signed by President Aleksandr Lukashenko on February 10th, the Belarusian leader’s press service reports.
Orders, medals and honorary titles went to these Belarusians for many years of fruitful work, high professionalism, exemplary performance of official duties, personal courage and determination shown in emergency situations involving a risk to life, saving people during a fire, significant personal contribution to strengthening the country's defence capability, protection of wildlife, development of the banking system, industry, agriculture and forestry, achievements in construction, statistics and law, excellent achievements in education, science, culture and art.
