Consent to the processing of personal data
Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 22, 2022 No. 401 “On the register of arrangers of cultural and entertainment events”.
The register is a database of the Republic of Belarus, which includes information about the arrangers of cultural and entertainment events from among:
individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus;
legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, with the exception of state bodies, state organizations and organizations, in the authorized capital of which 50 or more percent of shares (stakes) are owned by the Republic of Belarus and (or) its administrative-territorial units;
foreign or international organizations, including those that are not legal entities.
To be included in the register, the arranger of a cultural and entertainment event (hereinafter referred to as the arranger) sends an application to the Ministry of Culture for inclusion in the register and the following documents:
a consent to the processing of personal data (including special personal data) of the arranger (for an individual entrepreneur) or the founder (founders), head of the arranger (for a legal entity, a foreign organization);
an extract on offenses filed in the unified state data bank on offenses in relation to the arranger (for an individual entrepreneur), founder (s), head of the arranger (for a legal entity, a foreign organization).
The application for inclusion in the register must contain:
information provided for in paragraphs two - eight and ten of part one of paragraph 5 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "On the basics of administrative procedures";
information about the identity documents of the arranger (for an individual entrepreneur), the founder (founders), the head of the arranger (for a legal entity, a foreign organization);
a type (types) of activity in connection with the occupation of which the arranger is subject to inclusion in the register;
information on the activities of the arranger related to the arrangement and holding of cultural and entertainment events for the three years preceding the date of filing an application for inclusion in the register, with a list of cultural and entertainment events held (if any).
Foreign organizations also apply:
a copy of the constituent document of the foreign organization;
a copy of an extract from the trade register of the country of location of the foreign organization or other equivalent proof of the legal status of the foreign organization in accordance with the legislation of the country of its location, issued no later than three months before the date of submission of documents for inclusion in the register.
